If a New Jersey Army National Guard (NJARNG) member is selected, the person must transfer to the NJANG.
If the individual selected is currently on a title 10 tour no action can be taken until he/she is released from tour.

LEVEL OF CLEARANCE/INVESTIGATION: M UST HAVE A SECRET SECURITY CLEARANCE.
SELECTIVE PLACEMENT FACTORS : To obtain the required AFSC, acceptance of this position requires a minimum ASVAB Score of 56 in the Mechanical Area. ASVAB scores will not be required to apply for the position, however applicant must obtsain required ASVAB scores prior to acceptance of the position. The applicant must verify their scores with their Military Personnel Flight/ Military Persersonnel Office.
